Founded in 2008 by musician and entrepreneur Richard Enion, Drumming Team Building was built on the belief of the power of drumming to connect people. A Dragon’s Den success story, Richard has dedicated his career to helping organisations harness the power of drumming to energise teams through collaboration, creation and very importantly; fun!
